A one-day educational-guidance seminar titled "Guidelines on Monograph Writing Methods" was presented to eighth-semester students by the Office of Research and Scientific Journals of Kabul Education University on Tuesday, 22/11/1446 QH, corresponding to 30/2/1404 SH.
The seminar began with the recitation of several verses from the Holy Quran and was attended by the university president, the academic and research vice chancellors, faculty deans, professors, administrative staff, and students of Kabul Education University.
At the beginning of the program, Sheikh-ul-Hadith Sayed Basheer Agha "Hashimi", the President of the University, welcomed the participants and expressed his gratitude to the university authorities for organizing this seminar. He also offered essential guidance to all students regarding proper topic selection, choosing a suitable advisor, utilizing credible sources, writing the monograph in accordance with rules and regulations, avoiding plagiarism, improving writing skills, and continuing education up to the master’s and doctoral levels.
Following that, Vice Chancellor for Research and Scientific Journals, shared comprehensive remarks with the students about the importance and value of monograph writing, emphasizing adherence to the standards set by the Ministry of Higher Education.
At the end, the seminar was presented by Associate Professor Ahmad Fawad "Sharifi", who provided detailed information to the students on topics including: monograph writing methods, the importance of topic selection, writing skills, use of relevant sources, in-depth research, structure of the introduction, table of contents, conclusion, and the goals and achievements of the monograph.
