Vision
Contributing to the enhancement of the professional knowledge of youth with an Islamic ethos.

Mission
Training instructors of the Russian language with an Islamic ethos in order to foster the development of scientific and cultural relations:

1. Training professional teachers and raising the level of their knowledge;
2. Implementing new academic programs and making use of modern technology;
3. Ensuring academic relations with national and international educational institutions;
4. Updating the curriculum and strengthening quality improvement in order to obtain accreditation;
5. Supporting research activities and facilitating faculty members’ access to higher education;
6. Working toward scientific and financial autonomy while observing academic freedom.

The Vision and Mission of the Russian Department were approved in the meeting dated 15/12/1402 and recorded under Protocol No. (102).

The Vision and Mission of the Department of Russian Language and Literature were approved in the meeting dated 27/12/1402 of the Faculty Scientific Council and recorded under Protocol No. (29).
