History and Introduction of the General Teaching Management of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Sciences

The Teaching Management of Physical Education and Sport Sciences began its activities simultaneously with the establishment of the faculty in 1987.

The main objectives of the General Teaching Management of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Sciences

  1. Consolidating the academic records of all students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Sciences;
  2. Facilitating the process of registering student records with the help of the HEMIS system;
  3.  Strengthening order in the teaching affairs of professors and students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Sciences;
  4. Entering the reputation and grades of students in the database system;
  5. Monitoring the progress of the technological system and its adaptation in the daily affairs of the faculty.

The main activities of the Teaching Management of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Sciences are as follows:

  1. Registering new students included in the HEMIS system;
  2. Completing the graduation and results table of students on time;
  3. Preparing and arranging monthly attendance for students of all grades (first to fourth) in the HEMIS system;
  4. Distributing dormitory and meal allowance forms for newly enrolled students;
  5. Introducing newly enrolled students who are eligible to the dormitory and meal allowance process;
  6. Preparing and sending semester-wise student statistics to the Honorable Vice President of Student Affairs;
  7. Preparing and sending monthly salary reports for professors and students, including the meal allowance process, continuously every month;
  8. Preparing and distributing academic documents for graduates;
  9. Arranging semester-wise exam schedules;
  10. Arranging the activities of all professors’ cadre schools and administrative affairs related to the faculty and university;
  11. Informing the reports of the University’s Leadership and Academic Council to the Departments.

Summary

The teaching management of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences strives to carry out all the above tasks in a timely manner, and cooperates with the Dean of the Faculty and the Departments, professors and students in carrying out the assigned tasks. The teaching management tries to carry out its tasks using information technology tools and software. In this section, the opinions of the Dean of the Faculty, the Departments, and the Faculty professors are used for better performance.

Achievements:

    1. Implementation of all activities related to the teaching management of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences in the HEMIS system of the Ministry of Higher Education.
    2. Arrangement and distribution of academic documents of all graduates in a collective manner in the shortest possible time;
    3. Carrying out all activities as soon as possible;
    4. Implementation of the planned goals of teaching management on time.
