For the Teachers of Kabul Education University, a training-guidance workshop under the title “Managerial Methods in Educational Institutions” was held in the hall of the Center for Professional Development of Teachers.

On Thursday, 4/3/1447QA corresponding to 6/6/1404 SH, a training-guidance workshop under the title “Managerial Methods in Educational Institutions” was organized for the Teachers of Kabul Education University in the hall of the Center for Professional Development of Teachers. The program was held with the presence of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, the officials of the Professional Development Center, and the university Teachers.

The workshop commenced with the recitation of several verses from the Holy Quran.

At the beginning of the program, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Qudratullah “Umarkhil”, Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs of Kabul University of Education, welcomed the participants and expressed his satisfaction regarding the organization of the workshop. He elaborated on the importance and necessity of such programs, stating that in order to enhance teaching capacities at the university, the conduction of such workshops is vital, and he called for their continuation.

The workshop was formally launched by the esteemed lecturers, Assoc. Pohandoi. Abdul Ahmad “Amini” and Assoc. Pohandoi. Murtaza “Khavari”, who shared comprehensive information with the Teachers regarding topics such as:

Managerial styles and their impacts,
Scientific methods of decision-making,
Human resource management,
Effective communication systems,
Management of innovation and change.

The participants evaluated the workshop content as highly beneficial and emphasized that the continuation of such academic programs plays a valuable role in improving the professional capacity of professors and enhancing the quality of education at the university.
