Biography of Professor Ziaulhaq Amiri, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences

 

Professor Ziaulhaq Amiri, son of Amir Hussain, was born on the 18/3/1984, into a religious and educated family in the Shuhada district of Badakhshan province. He completed his primary and secondary education in Badakhshan at Hamidi High School in Sarghilan. In 2006, he enrolled in the Geography Department of the Faculty of Social Sciences at Kabul Education University, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in 1388 and obtaining his Master's degree in Education in 2009.

 

From the 2010/5/30 to 2011/6/15, he served as the General Director of Publications at the National Environmental Protection Agency. Due to his special passion and interest in the teaching profession, he began his service as a lecturer in the Geography Department of the Faculty of Social Sciences at Kabul Education University on the 2011/12/20. He has pursued his academic activities diligently, systematically, and with a commitment to teaching, achieving scholarly accomplishments through the teaching process and active participation in conferences, seminars, and meetings.

 

Work Experience

 

2010/15/05 -2011/15/05: as a Directorate of Admin, general Manager of Documents in National Environment Protection Agency

2018/21/3 – 2019/6/3: as a Deputy of Social Science Faculty at Kabul Education university.

2019/6/3 – 2020/4/2: as a dean of Faculty at Kabul Education university.

2022/8/17- 2024/10/29: as a Department Head of Geography department.

Since 2012: As a Lecturer in Kabul Education University, Social Science, and Department of geography.

Since 2024/10/29: As a Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences.
