Administrative Council Meeting Held at Kabul Education University

On Monday, 18/1/1404 (Solar Hijri), corresponding to 9/10/1446 (Lunar Hijri), the Administrative Council meeting of Kabul Education University was held with the presence of the University President, Vice Presidents, Deans of Faculties, and other members of the Administrative Council.
The meeting commenced with the recitation of a few verses from the Holy Quran.
At the beginning of the session, Sheikh-ul-Hadith Sayed Bashir Agha "Hashimi", the President of the University, welcomed the participants and delivered a comprehensive speech regarding the implementation of the decree of Amir-ul-Mu’minin (may Allah protect him) concerning the elimination of harmful traditional practices in the country. He stated that the decree outlines Islamic guidance on inappropriate customs during joyful occasions, mourning ceremonies, and the performance of obligatory Hajj and Umrah. He emphasized that it is essential for all members of society to adhere to this decree. He urged the council to ensure that the contents of the decree are conveyed to both teachers and students to help eliminate such practices from society. Furthermore, he elaborated on the worldly and spiritual benefits highlighted in the decree.
Subsequently, the council members discussed the following topics:
Explanation and implementation of the decree of Amir-ul-Mu’minin regarding the prevention of harmful customs;
Copying of graduation documents prior to the year 1384 (Solar Hijri);
Regulation of classrooms and student organization by teachers during the academic process;
Arrangement and organization of conferences by faculties at the national level.
The session concluded with prayers for blessings and success.
